We are therefore able to offer off-plan at a non-premium price point along with the option of potential rent-back and furniture packs. Coupled with specialist legal advice. As we are partnered with Sbl Financial, we also will know what Lenders will lend on these sites, exposure limits, along with rates and LTV so you can make informed decisions before you commit to buy.
We have a selection of distressed property sales offered at a very competitive price point which are typically less than it's true market value. The benefit of this is that we have a selection of specialist bridging Lenders that will lend 85-100% LTV against the purchase price. We also have a selection of Day 1 mortgage Lenders who will re-finance out at full market value.
We have our own specialist Auction catalogue which enables us to put a selection of properties together where we have negotiated purchase price, potentially more favourable purchase terms (i.e., 40 days rather than 28). Along with working with Sbl Financial, to have finance in place so you will have all the facts at hand to make informed decisions prior to making an offer.
